Silvercrest employs approximately 600 employees most of whom are organized with SEIU-1199.

Non-union employees who work at least 20 hours per week are entitled to participate in the following benefits:

Employees contribute to their benefits through payroll deduction.

Union employees are offered benefits through their collective bargaining agent.
