The Therapeutic Recreation Department at Silvercrest
coordinates spiritual services to fit the needs of
all residents. Upon admission, each resident receives
an assessment to determine his/her spiritual needs
and preferences. Information obtained becomes the
basis for a spiritual needs plan.
